Description:
When opening the Scout Client, the user receives the error message:
“You’re not connected.”
Cause:
This error occurs because the Scout Client cannot establish a connection to the Scout servers. The most common reason is a lack of internet connectivity.

Fix Internet Connectivity
- Check Windows Connection Status
- Look at the network icon in the task tray to confirm your connection status.
- If no connection is available, connect to an active network.
- Verify Wi-Fi Signal Strength
- If using Wi-Fi, low signal strength can cause this error.
- Move closer to the wireless access point and reconnect.
- Retry Scout Client
- After restoring connectivity, relaunch the Scout Client to verify the issue is resolved.
