Step 1 (Do this first): Check our Status Page
Before troubleshooting anything else, please check our real-time service status dashboard to see if there’s a known outage or degradation event:

This page shows live service events (like slow uploads, delays, or downtime).
You can also subscribe to notifications so you’ll be alerted if it happens again—just click “Subscribe to Updates” at the top of the page.
Step 2: If everything is green, try again
If the status page is green and no downtime is reported, the issue may have been a temporary “one-off” (brief network hiccup, momentary delay, etc.). Please:
Try the upload again
If possible, try uploading a second image to confirm whether it’s still happening
Step 3: If it’s still happening, submit a ticket
If uploads are still failing or consistently slow after retrying, please submit a support ticket so we can investigate:

When you submit the ticket, it helps a ton if you include:
Hospital name + city/state
Time the issue occurred
Screenshot of any error (if shown)
Whether uploads are failing entirely vs. just slow
